Where is the best place within a 30-45 min drive from BR on a Sunday to get boudin and hog head cheese?

I’m not sure how good it is, but city pork under the overpass always has boudin and I think I saw hogs head there the last time I went.
Same with iverstines, just not sure if they are open on sundays.
Always have begerons across the river, but they opened up near cabelas I think too. Personally, it taste like shite and has been mushy as hell the last 2Xs I’ve tried it. Will just not eat any if that’s all that is available.
Ronnie’s has boudin too, not the best.... usually consistent. No clue on the hogs head.
There are some places in Gonzales that’ll have it. There was a thread a couple days ago that had some suggestions.

Can’t think of the name, but the store in krotz springs that has wood siding has great smoked boudin. FYI, I’m not talking about billy’s....it’s across street from billy’s

Kartchners or Billy’s in Krotz Spring is your spot.

On a Sunday, might try Tony's Seafood on Plank. They sell cold or hot links of cajun or crawfish boudin, their own hoghead cheese and the well known boudin balls
