Am I asking too much? I want to get a grill that can smoke a full size brisket and come back and do some burgers on as well. TIA.

Green Mountain can.

this is the older model Daniel Boone, but you get the idea.

ETA, you can also get the pizza attachment and sear that fricking burger off at about 800 degrees.

What are you looking to spend?

I've been looking alot at pellet grills recently and they all have unique features trying to set themselves apart from the pack.

Some have removable sections that expose the grate the fire

Some have sear burners on the side (Camp Chef)

Different price points come with different temp controller modules/functions.

I have a cheap pitboss pro 820 that has a slider to open up the flames. I've never used it because it cooks/chars great without moving the grate as long as the temp is around 350. I could move it up to 475 or 500 and probably turn it into dust (burned pellet dust) but that's unnecessary.

I think I got it for around $400 at Lowes. I wanted to see how I liked pellet grills before getting one of those $1500 grills. So far it's been great.
