Own the chef, dining and veggie knife from globalcutleryusa.

I've got 2 Dexter Russel oyster knives that I swear by and I got one of their 8 inch Chef's Knives several years ago and it is still my go-to knife.

I use it for most everything from chopping, dicing, mincing vegetables to cutting up chickens and other larger hunks of meat used when cooking.
