I made this Sunday. Very flavorful. Are the tenderloins supposed to be shred apart? Mine only took approx 5.5 hours and the pork is stringy from being so tender. Not sure if thats the goal. Bit either way. Very tasty

Easy chicken tortilla soup.

Big plastic container of fresh salsa or Mateos.
All the meat from a rotisserie chicken (rouse's is best)
can of rinsed black beans
jug or two of chicken broth (I prefer the tuscan stuff or low sodium)
Bag of tortilla chips crumpled by hand

Similar to Mississippi pot roast but using chicken. Use 3 - 4 breasts (depending on size) in the crock pot. Sprinkle powder ranch dressing over the beasts. Add 1 bottle of Italian dressing to the pot. Take 1 or 2 packages of cream cheese and lay on the top. Cook til the breasts fall apart. Then either over noodles or a baked potato.
