Doing this on my phone, so we have Proscuitto Wrapped pork tenderloin Wellington.
1 tenderloin seared.
1 lb mushrooms chopped
1 shallot minced
1 clover garlic minced
1/4 cup white wine
1 sheet puff pastry
Egg wash once wrapped
Bake At 400 30 min
