I love fried pork ribs. Also fried pork chops, but I think I like the ribs better.

I just did your basic St. Louis style smoked ribs.

Rubbed down generously with Smokin’ Guns Hot and Butcher’s BBQ Hickory Salt.

Smoked at 250 for 3.5 hours on WSM with 3 chunks Peach Wood

Pulled and wrapped in foil with a drizzle of honey and some sauce with 4 pats of butter

Put back on smoker for 45 minutes. Then pulled and vented for 10 minutes before slicing.

The sauce I used was:
2 C - Head Country Original Sauce
1/4 C - Honey
1/4 C - Tiger Sauce
1 Tbs - Smokin Guns Hot Rub

Heated through and served on the side.

Thanks for letting me participate!

I wish we’d discussed beforehand whether each voter chooses their favorite or their top two or three. But we didn’t. I’ll list the names of all participants and people can pick their fave.

WHy not just list a post for each person and folks can upvote their favorite. If you like, you can upvote two or three or six.

Good idea to do top 3
Award points accordingly:
3 points for every 1st place vote
2 points for every 2nd place vote
1 point for every 3rd place vote
