The idea of corn ice cream is very intriguing! Looks great. I’m gonna try this out when it warms up a bit.

Hell of a line up tonight!

My phase 2 is Leftover crawfish boil egg rolls.

Crawfish, corn, mushrooms, sausage. This was my figure out today dish. Using some left over crawfish boil items. Not what I had intended...I’ll save that for another challenge lol.

Took some fixings I had portioned out in the freezer for this kind of dish. I have not made this before but it was in the docket so here it is!

Crawish fixings done the right way. Water seasoned...not ice chest

Veggies...although in the middle of prep I realized I got cilantro and not parsley. So that’s a no go.

Everything prepped.

Made a butter roux, then stacked those flavor profiles.

Once the mix was cooled I mixed in some mozzarella and Monterey Jack cheese. I didn’t want pepper jack because of the already present crawfish boil flavor.

Time to make some egg rolls. I didn’t get a pic of the making but much like LL egg rolls in the making. Some egg yolk as glue and some tuck n roll.

Fired of the vat of erl to tree fiddy and got to frying.

Looking right

Made the corn romalod sauce before hand.

Time to eat...miss GT be getting hangry

Never been a fan of drinking spirits with my meal, but that doesn't mean you shouldn't!

I don’t drink it with..,just during the cooking process. Then after my meal is a tall glass of whole milk. Then...back to bourbon lol.
