Subdividing Metro Baton Rouge and New Orleans for a Dining Guide

So, we are working on this Restaurant Listings feature for TD.com...we probably won't start off with every single eatery in BR and NO, but we will have the most popular, and also have a way for people to submit listings for consideration.
Restaurants will be identified with a section or "neighborhood" in which it exists inside the metro area. Some of our neighborhoods will be broad and consist of an entire city or group of cities (eg, Metairie or Northshore) whereas some will be smaller (French Quarter).
As an initial start, we have the following:
New Orleans:
French Quarter
Uptown
Warehouse
Marigny
CBD
Mid City
Metairie
Northshore
Bywater
Out-Skirts
Baton Rouge:
LSU Area
Downtown
College/Acadian
Sherwood/Coursey
Mid City
Essen/Bluebonnet
Siegen/Highland
Chatsworth Acres
Corporate/Jefferson
Keep in mind, that we can easily combine or add new neighborhoods/sections. I don't know Baton Rouge as well as others, but I know we need to add some more for the outlying cities of Metro BR (eg, Prairieville).
But, in the end, it is the number of viable restaurant destinations in an area that will help dictate how we come with our neighborhoods.
So, what neighborhoods/sections should we add for both metro areas? Any help would be appreciated, especially for Metro Baton Rouge.

LSU Area
College/Acadian
This just seems to be all the same to me as places college kids choose from.
I would have:
Baton Rouge:
LSU Area (Block from LSU north to I-10 east to College and south to river road)
Downtown
Sherwood/Coursey/Airline
Mid City
Essen/Bluebonnet (I would put Siegan here)
Highland/Prarieville
Chatsworth Acres (?? Not sure where this is)
Corporate/Jefferson
Oneal/Denham Springs/Jones Creek
Florida/N Sherwood
College/Acadian

I would consider labeling this as Highland Road South. That way you could include Sammy's, Georges South, French Market Bistro, Latte E Miele, etc. Just a thought.

How about the Perkins Road Overpass...a shout out for my 'hood.

I would put Sammy's in more of the Essen South Category really.. French Market Bistro would be Highland/Siegan in his list.

True-missed the highland category.

Is this for a paid advertising thing? If we knew which restaurants were participating it would be easier to form sections.

Yeah, I've lived in the Highland/Staring area near Sammy's most of my life & NEVER heard it called this. I didn't know what Chicken was talking about either.
I agree on calling it possibly "Highland South" or something else.
Also, I think Catman (?) mentioned some of the outlying areas like Prairieville & Denham Springs; maybe also include Central in there somewhere?

never heard of it... if being technical it would be Magnolia Woods.

For NO the Marigny and Bywater could be condensed into one area.

Rag is the one who told me about Chatsworth Acres...

He might be right & urban spoon has it listed that way too, but very few people around the area call it Chatsworth Acres.

Might not be a good idea to use an name for an area nobody really knows. If Im looking for a place to eat I could live 3 blocks from Sammys but would skip over that area not knowing what it was and instead look in the Essen section to find Sammys
