Nothing wrong with fruit beers (my openion). I'm sad to be drinking my last bottle of sour tart cherry homebrew. (Made with dregs from jester king & jolly pumpkin

Going to have to disagree with this. I had Flora Genesis on tap recently at Bayou Beer Garden and it was flat out awful.
This is coming from a sour beer fan.
:kige:
I did really enjoy the dry hopped sour they had at brewery a few weeks ago

I had it at GR day along with glass houses. I preferred glass houses over flora. It was weird, in the brewhouse, I didn't really like flora. I later had it in the taproom (after several beers later) and i liked it better. It's not bad for their first attempt and I'm curious how much they brewed or where they brewed the sours. I'd be worried about cross contamination.
I'm hoping they get into the sour game in the future. With as much care and thought they put into their other beers, I'm sure sours would be the same, though I do understand it's a completely different and more unpredictable animal. I'd love to have local sours I could get regularly.

I am not one to tell anyone how to run their business
But I want more parish stouts before any sours.
Great raft is who I'd like to see expand their sour game.

Definitely. Hadn't seen any sours from them in a few months.

I'm not really feeling this or a big fan of canebrake at all, but Parish will probably make a killing off this

I asked them about Bloom last week and they said it would be a while. I liked it better than DDH myself
