If you like chunky c-salad sandwiches like I do, than you'll want to try Coffee Beans on Coursey. It's the mac-daddy of all chicken salad sandwiches in my opinion.

Calvin's chicken salad is ridiculously good. Their pimento and cheese is top notch, too.
We get sandwhich trays from Calvin's for tailgate parties all the time. Good quality and the price is fair.

Try the rotisserie chicken salad from Winn Dixie. Very good.
