Looking to get some fillets to put on the grill tonight or reverse sear, and possibly cook some lobster to go with it.
1. Where in Br should I pick up some nice fillets
2. Should I attempt to boil lobster or just stick with steak

Just grill the lobsters on the bbq pit. Very easy just melt some butter and spinkle some Tony Chacherie's in the melted butter and drizzle it on the lobster tails as they are cooking.

Fresh Market in Germantown, TN used to have a Valentine's Special of two filets and two lobster tails that were reasonably priced, on the smallish side though. I'm guessing Fresh Market in BR has a similar special. If there is a Sprouts in BR, they were running a really good special on lobster tails this past weekend

Fresh market had some lobster tails this week. nothing ginormous but definitely impressive enough for something at your house.

Never cooked lobster before. Do you cut and peel off the shell? Just curious.

No. You have to cut the top membrane off so that the meat is exposed. You then separate the meat from the shell leaving just a piece attached so that you can easily separate from the shell after cooking.
