Spigots Brew Pub: Houma

Sounds like they had a rough go of things for Mardi Gras. They've got a ton of financial backing so they've got plenty of time.

That's the biggest topic of discussion with them. If they don't deliver on the beer then it will be struggle

I went on Tuesday and did a flight of all their beers. Thought they were all pretty solid. The Weiss, Pale Ale, Red and Porter were really good. The food was decent, but could use a little refinement. Typical of a grand opening where they're working out a few bugs. They'll be fine in time.

I think so. They have like 20 taps and a full bar for spirits.

My neighbor said it's pretty solid. Place is beautiful for sure.
