My wife has bee hives and the honey flow is in full swing. She has added 2 boxes to each hive so far in the last 2 weeks. They are working hard. I use it in my honey butters, breads and almond butters.

I love to cook but have been purposeful in not learning how to bake bread. Fresh warm bread and salted butter is my nemesis.

Yes, I believe that would be me.
We are enjoying both loafs - Stella and Stan the Caddy. Both make excellent sandwiches toasted in the panini press.
I had asked about getting some of your starter and if you have it available next Saturday, I drop by to pick it up. I'll try to come later in the morning, hopefully there will be less of a long line, and you have time to answer a couple questions. See you on Saturday and thanks again.

Thanks for that. I have a few containers of starter I’ll have so come get it. Breads are baking up really nice this morning. Honey whole wheat English muffins look good too.

Well hope you come this weekend. Have some great breads this week including a dark caramel pecan big sourdough.
It’s pretty damn good. Some nice blueberry lemon English muffins too.

Have some tailgate packages I’m running throughout the season starting tomorrow. I made a great smoked Gouda, honey, Aleppo pepper sourdough. Really nice. Creamy,
subtle with just a bit of smokiness heat in the backend. And a really nice dark caramel, pecan, sea salt in a loaf pan. It’s a great bread. All should stop in and load up for the game.
