Fresh Market Perkins Rowe. Ask the butcher. They will cut to order.

The Fresh Market in Mandeville doesn't even know what long bone, or Dino ribs are. I just came from there.
Their prices on beef are higher than Giraffe's pussy too! Anyone know where to source beef ribs that haven't been cut in 2 in. squares, and trimmed of all the meat?

I've never been there, but what about Restaurant Depot? It's a wholesale place, but they loosened things up during COVID and it looks like you can shop with a day pass.

Just got some at 8.00/pound at Sam’s. You have to ask the butcher for it.
