Source for thick whole pork belly NOLA

I've been making my own bacon and can only find the chunks of pork belly. Looking for a whole thick slab. I think Costco had it cut into pieces last time I went also. I dropped my membership anyway. Anyone have a good butcher that has it?

Piece of Meat maybe .. most likely a lot more expensive tho .. Costco does sell them, whole even if you need to ask them to grab one in the back.

Yeah. I couldn't remember if they sold them whole. I just remember glancing at them last time and they were cut up. That might be what I end up doing. L

+1 on Costco. I got one 3 weeks ago and they have then any time I've ever wanted to get one out in their display case next to the sliced up bellies.

Costco BR had both the last time i went. Also Whole Foods has pork belly
