Had to. The original one on Columbus Avenue in the Upper West Side of Manhattan was fun as shite.

So basically the other partner pushed out the founding partner. But other partner didnt read the agreement. Other partner lost the right to use name Lucys. And lease required bar be named Lucys. So founding partner finds a new partner to buy lease and gets back in business.

And people say lawyers arent worth the money.
