Just threw these on the smoker. Still a little hungover from last night so I haven't poured the first drink yet.

Rookie.
Chops look good though.

Lookin' good!
I'm doing a rotisserie chicken, smoked sausage and a handful of ABTs.

What do you stuff them with?

It's a great day to have the smoker rolling. Chops look good so far.

Late start but I cracked a beer before prepping. Cooking a few meals at once

Pulled them off the smoker at 155 and now covered with foil. Stuffed with cream cheese, garlic, and Parmesan. Dipped in honey, rubbed them down. Taste wonderful.

Threw those on the grill as well--
24 hours marinating in line juice, soy sauce, garlic, and honey. Best chicken breast I've ever had.

I've got a couple chicken breasts on the smoker right now too. Brined overnight. Also have some bacon on there and baked beans. Tested the baked beans but they're not picking up much smoke flavor. Not sure how to remedy that.
