Smoked Ghost pepper jack cheese

Had a gimmick burger at Ober Gatlinburg in January with this on it. It turned out to be the best cheese I've ever had. Found a store in Gatlinburg that sold the block of it. Took it home and it was gone within a week. Everyone loved it.
I cannot seem to find anywhere that will deliver it or has it.
Guess it's just a local thing. I found the company that produces it but they only sell to their grocer.

But we are from S. Louisiana
The waiter I ordered it from at Ober warned me not to order it. Kept walking by while I ate the whole burger waiting for a reaction from me. He was amazed.

I had it on a burger at a place in Colorado this past fall. The closest thing I’ve found is the Cabot habanero.

Something about Monterey Jack rubs me the wrong way, just seems like shite cheese that always NEEDS something.
