My friends and I loved the chicken fingers and honey mustard from calendars back in high school. If anyone has any insight on their recipe, I'd love to be able to recreate it

I can tell you that the batter was made with sweetened condensed milk. That was the only ingredient that was really different. Just use any other recipe you can google, and replace the milk in the batter with the SCM.

They really did have some of the best in town, along with the honey mustard. Whether as a plate or in the plantation salad, there are many times at lunch I still wish the spot on Perkins by Essen was still open.

I dont know exact proportions, but the honey mustard was mayo, mustard and honey. That's it.

I always thought it had a little red pepper but maybe it was just the type of mustard that had a little kick.

But what exact mustard? That would make all the difference. Best honey mustard of all time.

Ken’s Honey Mustsrd salad dressing comes close but it’s just not the same.

I miss the plantation salad and their nachos.
