Can’t F It Up Eggs Benedict

This is my favorite individual recipe. It is super easy and a home run every single time.

Who the frick wants to wait 2 hours for eggs?? My method is perfect too.

I have an egg cooker, steams them. Cooks them in under 10 mins perfectly. I’m not a fan of one purpose devices but it’s great for eggs. I agree I don’t know why you’d sous vid eggs unless it was out already.

Sounds good.

My method is especially nice for something like eggs Benedict since you can wait until everything is cooked and just use when needed.

Merry Christmas

That looks damn good. I don't put butter in mine but herbs are great in it

Go boneless chicken breasts soon. You can really go all over the place with the flavor and the texture can't be beat

Looks great...I normally do 125 F for 2 hours and then a hard cast iron sear for 1-1.5 min per side for a perfect Med Rare(2" Filet). Make sure to pat dry the outside of the steaks when they come out the bath to get a good crust.

I dont cook steak any other way anymore
