Brewed only once a year on December 6.
"Samichlaus is aged for 10 months before bottling. This beer is perhaps the rarest in the world. Samichlaus may be aged for many years to come. Brewed under the exclusive licence of Feldschlösschen-Hürlimann-Holding, Switzerland. Samichlaus contains only natural ingredients and is being brewed according the purity law of 1516."
Found this over the weekend. This is my third out of the 4pk. Super sweet & malty milk chocolate with coffee & toffee notes. A bit of date & prune on the finish.
Paired well with BBQ beef brisket.
