Have not seen anyone post about this yet but it's getting close to being done. The setup seems like it's going to be a really cool place to get some BBQ and hang out.

Where will it be located? First I've heard of it. I'd drive to Hammond in a heartbeat for good BBQ.

According to their FB page, they opened for business at 4:00 yesterday afternoon. Don't see that they've posted what their regular hours will be.

I just had lunch there. Very eclectic/breezy building that the bartender said was designed by a filmmaker? Lots and lots of employees and managers that were really hustling and trying hard. Still some construction going on. Menu was limited to sandwiches, starters, and sides. The place is going to do very well initially I'm sure as everyone in Hammond wants to try it out. I wish them luck

Ummmm.. like I said, I wish them luck. I just had a sandwich so it's a small sample size. I'll order something different when I go back and reserve judgement. I know you are a BRQ guy, this is def not that.

It’s half Saul and the carretta fam, the other half of the ownership is the wongs/trey Yuen fam. Very strange pairing for a bbq joint that’s already in a very strange location. Who knows what it will be?

My buddy said they have some kinda BBQ queso dip that's pretty good.

Had a pulled pork sandwich to go. I like the pork, on the fence about the bun and the fries were underwhelming. It's not a pass as they just opened and it was a to go order. I am looking forward to the full menu and dining in....
