Highly suggest this mini series. It’s only four episodes. If you love to cook, you should like it and she has great cooking tips.

I want a few of the miso recipes and her short rib recipe.

Anyone else watch this?

Also, I really enjoyed the series “Cooked” a few years ago.

Really good show. Great ingredients, beautiful scenery.

There was a thread here on it a couple of weeks ago that turned me on to it.

Maybe someone else will discover it because of this one.

That show cost me some coin. Such a great focus on ingredients and simple techniques

Really enjoyed that show. At first, I thought the woman would annoy me; however, I'm a huge fan now. She came across as very sincere and inspiring.

I’ve watched Fat and Salt, and while I find the show enjoyable, she grated on my nerves, particularly in Salt. She comes off more faux naïve than sincere, in my opinion. Then again, cynical Tony is the apex travel/food personality for me, so I appreciate this could simply come down to preference.

I watched the first episode, really liked it, but my wife HATED her. Like..beyond hate. The faces she makes annoyed the ever living shite out of her. So I'll watch the rest on my own at some point.

Yes, Dan. Hope you're well btw.

Series was awesome. Started it last Friday night and finished it Saturday morning. I loved all of the episodes. Between Salt Fat and Acid I couldn't pick a favorite even if there was a gun to my head. I want some of that artisanal Japanese miso, soy sauce and the honey from the Yucatan.

Something about the way she eats got me excited. She is so in to it

She doesn’t just take a little “Giada nibble.”; She really eats.
