Rene Bajeaux was quite an influence in NOLA. I fondly recall a number of good meals at Rene Bistrot....

damn shame indeed. I lived down the street from him as a kid, great chef and great guy. Katrina fricked up a good thing he had going on.

We were lucky to have him at Reunion. He was a great chef and a better person
