I bought a package of these today without knowing what to do with them. Has anyone tried these yet?

Good on the grill. Cook like you would a green onion sausage.

I'm more interested in how hot it is. I know hatch chili's have a little zing but aren't supposed to be face melting. So Idk why the last time I got those from Rouses it tasted like eating a bite of the sun. Maybe they added some extract or something.

Me, too. The 10 year old circled them in the grocery ad - but if it’s too spicy, the kids aren’t going to like them

Bump the thread after you try them if you don't mind. Be willing to give em another shot if someone says they aren't nuclear.

Missing out if you haven`t grabbed some of that Best Stop Boudin from there. It`s spicy but damn it`s good.

Cooked some the other day. Mine wasn't very spicy at all. Most hatch chile's are kind of between a bell and jalapeño. Some heat but still nice and sweet. I thought it was great. Would buy again.

Tried some. Not that spicy, but the cilantro in it ruined the taste.
