If you're in Nola, I'd recommend Robert's catering way over Rouse's.

I ordered some from Rouses last week. Biggest pain was getting someone on the phone. Then when picking it up, no one in the deli seemed to want to turn around and help me.

I've got a close in with them. My company (not mine, but where I work) probably does $500k+ with them. I just wanted to confirm if their catering was worth a damn.
