Man good to see some parish folks in here.

I was always a veal and Mac guy with red sauce all over.
I met Will Clark at Rocky’s in the early 90s.

If at Tony’s I would always get roast beef there.

My grandpa used to pick up Rocky's (that's what we always called it) every Sunday. Loved that bread.

You just never wanted to watch them make the food and then eat it. Those lunch ladies would take the bread and stick it under their sweaty underarms to carry it before serving.

And you couldn't pass up the veal cutlets and macaroni. I liked either brown gravy or red gravy on my macaroni.

Whenever I hear this I instantly think....oh someone from uptown or the wank. The people at the restaurant started that joke though so I'm always glad to see it still carry on.

Not folklore like the guy above said. Hands tied behind back and 2 bullets to the back of the head. A Putin suicide special.

I'm not sure what you are meaning here, because it's not an urban legend as I've seen it first hand and it is not a nice thing to witness if it's your sandwich they are getting ready to prepare.

One gal in particular did this often and I went to grade school with her. If she came to the counter to take my order, I'd let the person behind me go ahead of me and wait for another server.

Oh no it isn't an urban legend but I've had so many people that have never been mention it. I think it is more interesting how much it has spread but the big joke is that so many people got salmonella at one point.

They used to always have people order and ask for a side of salmonella.

Yep, back in 01 a bunch of folks got food poisoning and 1 even died from it. The source was traced to Rocky & Carlo's, specifically the stuffed bell peppers, that the people who were ill had eaten.

yep my friend and his family were among those people. Apparently the food was left out overnight because someone forgot to put it in the cooler. 3 members of his family spent the evening in the hospital. Ended up getting around $20k each for their troubles.

You have apparently never had the Mac and Cheese.....6 lbs is the minimum.....actually, get it topped with either gravy (red or beef)and you really can't get enough

Poboys and burgers. Cold cut sandwiches. Daily plate lunch specials.

They also have a roast beef spread that is...interesting.
