So people shouldn't be allowed to talk about negative experiences at a restaurant on this board? Are you a restaurant manager or owner and this kind of stuff makes you angry.

I get that the modern practice of so many running to websites to make negative reviews is annoying in a lot of cases, but if people try to give a place a chance to make it right and they don't, then fire away.

Obviously that is true, but a lot of people use this message board to read reviews about places. If I'm interested in going to a restaurant, I would want to know if everyone here was having miserable experiences.

I'm not suggesting people should make exaggerated reviews on Yelp pages screaming about their experiences

I never said anything about accountability, the restaurant, or the situation that happened to the OP. On that matter, my opinion is the restaurant should have made the customer happy.

I def see that and agree with it, I too come to this board for the same thing so my criticism may be unfounded, but i guess im more irritated that people are bashing local restaurants (for service complaints) during a pandemic when they cant find workers bc the govt is paying them to stay at home

This was next-level bad. Only reason I posted about it. Like I said the manager didn’t care and the owner wasn’t in the building.

Every other restaurant I’ve visited has done an excellent job during the panic. shite some are even better now.

I won’t be back to Rocca along with several family/friends.
