1 cup water, 1 cup rice. Add to the pot at the same time, stir once. When water boils, cover and cook on low 25 minutes.

I use 1:1.5 rice to water, sometimes a dash of salt, depending on the end use. Bring to a boil and then turn down to low and cook for 15-17 minutes.
If you mean a recipe that uses rice? Paella, jambalaya or hop n' john

This will do it.
I use nothing but basmati rice.

The above is method is perfect Or alternatively, bring to a hard boil and turn off the fire and let it sit on that burner for at least 20 minutes without taking the lid off.

Y'all suck
2:1 water to rice
when water comes to boil add rice and stir
when it returns back to boil, put on the lid and simmer for 20 minutes. no peaking

One I liked but haven’t tried it myself, last year at a hunting camp a guy boiled the hell out of rice until cooked then strained it like pasta. No starch at all.
