Restaurants in BR that have opened in the last 2 years?

I know of a few like Overpass Merchant and Roux 61, but is there anything else worth checking out that's fairly new in BR?
I'll be coming into town the weekend of the Ole Miss Game. Gonna be looking to grab some food and drinks with some friends.

Menu looks like it's a Tapas style restaurant. Is that the case?

Looking for something more like Gouter and Overpass Merchant and less like a sandwich shop, but thanks.

My favorite new place is Umami on Burbank... only place I've found in Louisiana with whole aji (Japanese horse mackerel) -- one of the best things you'll ever eat

Curbside may be open by then on Government. You also have two new restaurants opening this week in the Watermark Hotel downtown.
Phil's Oyster Bar just reopened in the Southdowns shopping center.

Yum. I was planning on grabbing some sushi at some point. I'm partial to Ichiban's as that was where my love for sushi was born, but that sounds amazing.

Really excited about Curbside. I hope the burgers are like the old truck and Barcadia was. The burger at Overpass Merchant tastes nothing like Curbside/Barcadia did even though it is the same guy.

Yep, you eat the whole thing, bones and all. They fry the bones and it tastes like a fish flavored cracker

I hear Curbside will open between the Ole Miss and Alabama games. There's a big-to do at Calandro's on Government to celebrate their 75th anniversary the day after the Ole Miss game. I think Curbside is going to be selling burgers then.

I have only been to Umami once but the place was very good.
