Luke has a cool private room setup.

For casual - Lucy's has a nice setup upstairs.

In Metairie, try Austin's. They have at least one large room that can be used.
In the FQ - try any of the Dickie Brennan's locations - Bourbon House has nice upstairs rooms, as does Tableau, and Palace Cafe. I believe that the steakhouse still has two rooms in the front portion at street level that work out well.
In the Warehouse District, Tommy's is open and has several rooms along the Julia St. side of the property.
