Does anyone remember the name of a restaurant that was located on the outskirts of Baton Rouge in the 80's and it used to serve happy hour frozen margaritas that were delicious? It was called something like Philly's Chilli. CalDan

Was Essen Lane considered "the outskirts" in the 80s?

This was Ralph and Kakoo's Mexican iteration, named after their daughter. Sort of a chainey type Mexican joint, right across from OLOL hospital.

It was in fact Philly's Chili. Great happy hours there. It later became The Mill which was a brewery that sold healthy foods. Odd combination.

I remember going there a couple of times. I think they had pizza.
