Anyone tried this? Found it at Costco today and thought I would give it a try.

We use it for gumbo. Makes the best roux ever.

I see where Amazon has the same brand for $11.99. I may try some. I do save and rendered chicken fat.

I have a jar. Use it to sauté vegetables. Makes them delicious!!
