Reminder: F&DB Shrimp Challenge is Thursday, Dec 10!

I don’t think y’all really need a reminder this time, since so many have expressed interest, but just in case!
Submission thread opens Thursday at 9:00 am and closes at 9:00 pm. At least one photo and a general description of ingredients and method. Specific recipes are good, too.

I probably wont have one...I went home to cook a fast dinner and now I'm back at work and likely to be the same routine rest of the week

Thank you, I like to try out different things that I see or think about. I am looking forward to this one to see what sort of dishes come out of it from everyone. I had thought about maybe a shrimp crab and corn patty/burger. Corse grind shrimp and fold in some lump crab, corn, panko, and some cooked down seasonings. Form a patty (I use rings) run through some more panko then fry it. I never decided on a bun, some sort of sauce/tarter
