REMINDER: F&DB BEER Challenge, Tuesday, June 13, 2023

Beer is the next challenge ingredient. The submission thread will be open by 9am on Tuesday, June 13, and close @ 9am Wednesday, the 14th.
I can mix it, I can cook it, while you sip ‘n imbibing
I make all the tricky dishes with the beer up inside it
You can bake it, you can boil it, you can even ferment it
And every dish that you make we gonna judge & foment it.

I don’t know if I’ll come up with anything. Trying to make something relatively low carb with a beer ingredient has not given me great inspiration. I mean, I’ve thought of things. Just nothing interesting.

Darla runs the contest. She opens it up Tuesday morning and closes it Wednesday morning.
You cook something with the ingredient (beer this month). Take pics and post the pics.
Darla’s rules:
Your submission must include AT LEAST one picture and a description of the entry. You can submit a detailed recipe, but that is not a requirement. The picture must be of your creation, not a pic you stole from the interwebs. If you post multiple pictures, make sure the pic you want used in the voting thread is posted last, because I post only one pic per entry in the voting thread.
