I love some crunchy seasoned fries out of the oven, plus I usually put the fries on my burger and they're the only way to go.

Cut your potatoes in half longways. Put them flat side down and slice thin strips ike steak fries.
Put them on a cookie sheet sprayed with Pam. Liberally coat with EVOO and tony's. Put them in a 350 oven until desired doneness.
Bam. Perfect seasoned fries.

I always thought seasoned was synonymous with Tony Chachere's around these parts.

It basically is.
They can be the bagged ones ready to go or homemade fries with mixed seasonings,spice, etc. I can't handle just ol regular fries with salt.
