Recipes with Deer Sausage

I have a few pounds of deer sausage and trying to think of something to cook this weekend with it. Something other than gumbo or jambalaya. Any suggestions? Maybe a pasta dish or something?

I still have quite a bit of different sausages left from last season made by Kubys. Luckily our 2 year old devours them like I do.
