Lol those meatballs are deliciously!
But even a tuna sandwich is ridiculous how many calories they pack in there. For a footling with cheese and chips, that is about 1300 calories and nearly 80 grams of fat

the tuna at subway is one of their worst things. you need to get a 6 inch to keep anything there under 400 cals.

all december, cold cut combo and meatball 6" subs were $2. footlongs for $4.
Holy shite no. Nothing reasonably healthy about it.
Foot long cold cut: 820 calories, 34 g fat, ~100 g carbs
Foot long meatball: >1100 calories, 48 g fat, >120 g carbs
That don't include chips and a fountain drink

I know but people think they are doing something healthy when they hear the word "tuna"
Posted on 1/3/12 at 9:36 am to bigberg2000
well yeah, they take the Tuna and mix it with a tub of mayo before putting it out for the "sandwich artists"
they take something reasonably healthy, and frick it all up for the fatties

I wasn't implying the cold cut and meatball were healthy, but they were a good deal for the month of december.
subway, in general, is a reasonably healthy option.

I was at Circle K yesterday and saw that candy bars are now $1.29. How in the hell can you buy a sub for $2.00, but a freaking candy bar is $1.29?
because the federal government mandates that we turn corn(sweetener for candy) into an inefficient fuel that we put in our cars, driving up corn prices

Do people really eat like this?
I'm thankful I have great genes and don't really have to pay attention to what I eat.

2. Eat a 6 inch not a footlong if you are looking for low calorie.
3. You don't eat chips and soda when you are eating healthy. Those two add ons are not required at Subway.
Lots of reasonably healthy options at Subway.
