I'd love an MVB burger with chili and that pimento cheese. That cheese is also what makes the High Hat burger so good.

And it melts with the burger juices and makes and awesome fry condiment. Lauren, one of Hi Hat's bartenders, said they were going to maybe start doing cheese fries with the pimento cheese. That would be fricking awesome.

I swear, I don't understand the obsession of rating burgers. You have to be a special, special person to eff up a burger.

I think the fact that just about anyone can make a burger, makes it appealing to talk about.

what can you do to make your better than the next.

the hamburger has come a long way in 10 years. The things people do with them can get pretty creative now-a-days

Burger market looking very saturated right now. Have an opportunity but a few years off. Might just come back with something completely different in fall.

Spot on Lester. Getting a burger better than I can make, makes me very happy.

Bud's Broiler is living on a reputation it must have earned before I was born.

Gruyere was on our standard cheeseburger with a slice of cheddar.

How did you prepare the gruyere cheese to top a burger? Did you liquify or just shred on top of the burger?
I've been using it quite a bit in many dishes. Love the stuff.

For you to not include either Luke or Martin Wine Cellars speaks volumes.

Admit it - you still go to Rally's, don't you?

No.

I've been to Luke, but never gotten a burger. I think I went to Martin's many years ago with my family and ate a sandwich.

I assume those are your two favorite burgers?
