it's a small miracle they're able to keep the caramel soft in the freezer but still delicious

There is a Ben and Jerry's stand in Macy's in New York. When we were there, there was some kind of anniversary promotion going on and everything was free. We tried just about every flavor they had. Our favorite was the strawberry cheesecake flavor. It was strawberry ice cream with chunks of cheesecake in it.
