Want to learn to cook Ramen. Not necessarily make the noodles to start with, but a beginners guide to make great Ramen.

Any recommendations?

I've used Kenji Alt's online recipe as a guide for the broth. I find him a bit overhyped but the broth is good. Chashu pork ok. But his egg recipe is really good. You have to buy some odd ingredients(all on amazon) like dried seaweed, dried fish, and something else. It's been a while since I made it.

Alex French Cooking Guy had a short series about learning it on his YouTube channel a few years back. It's worth a watch.

It's either the Nantahala or French Broad (can't remember), at the Nantahala Outdoor Center near Asheville, NC.
