I have tons of electrolyte capsules from marathon training. I'll make sure to take these when I start!

Gotta little rine crusted chicken parm going with some Rao's tonight.
This sauce delivers. I dose it with some finely minced garlic, evoo, salt and pepper.

Puts anything in a jar, and most people's home made sauce, to shame.

Unreal

Ouch. Must be hard to recover after weights with zero carbs.

Not at all. Protein shake with 12 Oz of almond milk. Scoop and a half of protein powder from quest and a spoon of heavy cream. #gainz

Prolly had a gallon on vodka last night. I also got a Guiness after dinner. Don't even care.

After all the steak and vodka and crawfish I had this weekend, I'm not getting on a scale.

Fasting until noon. Gonna lift after work. This is one fast I won't mind.

Yeah. That's all I had that was bad.
And a couple of Guiness.

I did take a #Gainz pic. I'll post it in a couple of months when I have something to compare it with.

My biggest issue will be to stop eating so much fruit. I'll have to slowly do it being I have 6 lbs of apples and cuties at my house.

Just start after you eat them. No sense in wasting good food.

Been on for about a week. Feeling pretty good, was disciplined this WE despite being at an Oyster Fest with lots of vodka.

Not sure if I can continue to avoid the fruit though. My main goal is to tone my stomach, my weight is good, just trying to get more cut in those problem areas.

Interested to see how it goes after a month or so. Deep down I know all my results hinge on beer drinking but I'm hoping to find a nice balance where I can drink moderately and look the way I want to.

I will say after even a week my face and body just feel more trim, def. don't have that bloated alcohol feel which is great.

The diet is pretty damn easy to follow, I'm not really having any desires to have wheat products which is surprising, I was always a huge bread and pasta guy.

At what point did some of you experienced guys bring a little fruit into the mix? After a month or so?
