I use Swerve as my sugar substitute. It is a local company out of NOLA and several of my friends work for them. It is Erythritol as well.

Swerve is good stuff. It's erythritol mixed with inulin. It's just pricey. You get a hook up from your friends for better than the $11/lb Rouses charges? The erythritol can be had for ~$6/lb on amazon.

Yes sir, I get the hook up for them.

I actually am going to Houma Saturday morning to do a display for them at the rouses down there for their health fair the store is having.

I'll buck the trend...

I made a bacon, mushroom, cheeseburger casserole.

Contains: Bacon, baby portobellos, vermont shap cheddar, grass fed beef, eggs, chopped spinach, cauliflower rice, onion, bell pepper, dill relish, homemade mayo and ketchup.

Anyone in here use any of the fitbit products?

I had a question about the software. Can you manually log in your weight? I see they have a wifi scale but it really seems unnecessary as I'm happy with the digital scale that I currently have.

TIA

Tonight is my cheat meal.... I want red beans, rice, sausage, and cornbread... but that will take too long to cook.. I'm thinking Popeye's instead.. Spicy chicken strips, fries, red beans and rice, biscuits....
