Stick with vodka with soda water, not tonic. Tonic has a ton of sugar carbs.

One of these days I'll actually have enough confidence (lack of giving a shite) to post the latest transformation that started with my working out in april of last year...at least that's when I have the first before pictures. Keto + stronglifts has done great things for me...although I clearly need a little help in the calf department. It seems squatting 3 days a week isn't enough to help those out much
