It wouldn't stand a chance in front of me. When I make something on this keto diet I'm eating all of it.

Nachos are an appetizer.

I'd need a commercial sheet tray of them.

ETA: congrats though

I'm pretty jelly

If you're talking smoked pulled pork, queso, Japs, sour cream, black olives, guacamole, hot sauce, pico, etc., yeah....I can see that being a meal.

Should have taken pics baw.

Pork rinds make for a great base to nachos or just chip replacement in general when looking for something to dip shite in.

I have no shame. I bring pork rinds to mexican restaurants along with low-carb tortillas. I bring the aforementioned flax pitas to middle eastern restaurants.

One of our baws took out an atomic wing challenge over the weekend.

He did it, but it makes you wonder. At what price?

starting weight was 199. goal weight is between 175-180. current weight 186.

my biggest problem is the fluctuation of around 5 pounds. Have gone from 184 back up to 190 in a matter of 2-3 days and then it slowly goes down after that. some may say water weight, some may say since its my cheat day(s) on the weekend that is why, etc...

just wondering if anyone has advice on why the quick fluctuation and ways to stop it.

TIA

It was the triple atomic wing challenge and Quaker Steak Lube. He downed the 6 wings quickly without issue. But his texts later than night were funny. Think he recreated Mt St Helens in his bathroom.
