THese are great. Key is to eat them within 5-10 minutes though. They're always gonna be made to order, but I find taste best if order in store and eat there. They don't travel well, starts to dry out.

Great job Barbe!!!! What is the plan once you reach your goal?
Posted on 3/5/15 at 1:46 pm to mouton
Eat a Caniac then go to the gym
After that I want to lose 5-10 more pounds then tone up

That's awesome Barbe. You made the 230->220 jump pretty quick. have you been lifting weights at all or just diet and cardio?
Posted on 3/5/15 at 3:05 pm to busbeepbeep
When I go to the gym I do an hour of cardio then about 15-30 mins of weights. I've been doing this since the summer.

Maybe switch it around and do an hour of a full body circuit 3 times a week and 15-30 minutes of interval cardio 3 times a week. Just a suggestion to keep it interesting. Obviously what you are doing is working.

Well I haven't all out splurged and not cared at all about calorie count probably since like Thanksgiving and Christmas and those were the only times this past year

Damn man. Idk how you do it. I have a cheat meal every week. Otherwise I'd go insane

My girlfriend cooks really delicious healthy recipes so that helped, I'm not saying I always are the healthiest but I ever cheated I still kept it in check

I think I posted in this thread last year. But I relapsed after about March and gained back to my record high weight. Restarted 1/12/15. Been eating a strict 1200-2000 calorie diet (with no cheat meals/days), trying to eat healthier foods (but still enjoying some favorites too, just smaller portions), gym 5-6 days per week. Weight on 1/11/15 was 276; the weight has melted off so far.
276/234/175. Hard to believe I've lost 40 pounds in 2 months - I haven't starved myself by any means. Haven't used any supplements or fat burners or anything. Just diet and exercise!

Why such a drastic cut in calories? 1200 calories for someone that weighs 276 pds?

I was over 250 before lent started. Since ash wednesday I'm down to 235. Cut down to strict 1100-1400 calories a day, cut out most carbs, and i cook all my own meals. No fast food, nothing fried, and no butter or oil.
You gotta get down to a goal weight. Then maintain from there.
