Chocolate can be hard to work with. Banana and peanut butter help. But banana and peanut butter helps everything.

this. Though sometimes I had some heavy cream also.
I use Dymatize ISO 100 gourmet chocolate. It tastes really good.

Number is misleading because I got up early and jogged/walked 9 Miles before weigh in. I also ate breakfast before too.

the numbers are just snapshots. sometimes mine are in focus, sometimes they look fatbooth'd.

Had hit a low of 243.4 last week but have been firmly stuck at 245.6 for the past 5 days. Crazy when there's no fluctuation at all. Doing some intermittent fasting for a couple of days to try to shake things up.
