I would just like to say it's fricking bullshite how fast weight can come back on. It's insane that a day of a few beers, cookies, and no exercise can put me back a week's worth of fitness work.

Hey guys, I have a quick question. Just bought some whey protein for when I'm on the go, but I was curious if any of you had some good recipes for protein shakes. I have ON's Pro Complex Milk Chocolate whey.
