It's possible, not like I'm severely over weight. I mean hell I fit into a 34 jean now and a 32 is my goal. As I start to add on mass/definition I would lose the gut while weight stays pretty much the same. I expect to end up lower than what I am now obviously since I'm running 2-4 miles a day while lifting.

If you have been lifting for any amount of time you arent going to lose fat and gain muscle at the same time especially running 2-4 miles per day. Not naturally at least.

Oct 2011 - 337 lbs
Today - 257 lbs.
Goal by next summer is to be under 210.

80 lbs gone. Cut the carbs, soda, and started running 3x's week.

Possible but not probable.

I really dont think IF is a magic bullet in this regards either. For me IF has just been a more convenient eating schedule and makes it way easier to eat a restricted amount of calories.

IF was very convenient for me. But I also feel it helped me drop some pounds once I hit a plateau. I did put on some muscle while losing weight. But not much.
I wasn't running more than .5-1 mile a day either though. Just high intensity heavy lifting.

Its kinda hard to know if you are unless you do a really accurate bodyfat reading. When you lose fat your muscle would look larger and more defined.....Unless you go down a few waist sizes but remain close to the same weight.

Pretty much when I went from 34 to 32 last time you could notice the gains in my arms/chest/legs the stomach left a little (I will never have a 6 pack) and Changed maybe 5lb in weight.

Usually when someone is new to lifting or is coming off a long time away from the gym they can do this. If you have been lifting for a long time its almost impossible. Why do you say you will never have a six pack???

Wrong genetic plus no desire to sport a 6pack, as long as it isn't gross hanging over pants/shorts who cares. I'm not gonna be a fitness model, just wanting to be healthier and look better

275.6/273.8/235 - Day 3.

I'll be happy if I can shed off 2 lbs every three days or so for the next couple of weeks. I am not going strictly Shake-Shake-Dinner. That has turned out to be less feasible then it sounded in my mind. I like the taste of my shakes but not that much.

I've also been doing couch to 5k and have done some extra walking here and there as time permitted. Estimating my net calories the last 2 days to be about 2000. It should be the same after today with a softball game tonight. My quads are sore as hell right now.

I never in my life could see abs. Even as a skinny high school kid... But now I can see them. I never thought I'd be able to. But now I can

So anything is possible

I hated couch25k when I started, I had to do the first week. 3 times before I could complete second week. Friend is giving me insanity so I'll get that this weekend and start on Sunday
