I like tducken's style.

Bfast: ~500 cals leftover spaghetti meatsauce (without noodles.. last night I sliced up thin strips of zucchini and used that as noodles, quite good actually).

Lunch: wendy's cobb salad, 600 cals.

Dinner: ~350 cals Bacon-wrapped salmon on a bed of raw baby spinach with a lemon vinaigrette

Dessert: sierra nevada bigfoot barleywine ale, 330 cals. I need to finish off the beers in my fridge and not drink any during the week.

Workout: 40 minutes of heavy lifting, 20 minutes of cardio (11 minute 3.0mph walking, 10 minutes 4.5mph jogging)

Good day.

No such thing.

I best not be on a non-plateau or I will have a conniption fit.

Gained 5lbs over the weekend. This weekend isn't looking much better either.

What's a Cadfast? Oh, and

213/198/165

15 lbs down in 4 weeks. Quit drinking and pretty much Atkins induction. Completely stalled out during week three and I know it will be slow moving forward.

I have more energy that I recall having in my adult life.

ETA: Google brought up a bunch of Cad companies.

Days 4-5 were a little rough, but once I got past that it really has been smooth sailing. Like I said, I feel much better than I have in years.

I've done it. I hate the getting weak/tired part. But I know what you're saying about the energy levels.

I do a diet similar to it, but add a little of the Pericone Promise to it.

How's it feel to be back?

I feel my productivity taking a nosedive as I type this. Going to look into Pericone Promise. First I'm hearing of it.

I really didn't appreciate what you did before the ban.

Ha! Well it seems the love fest for a certain poster I bumped heads with has drastically subsided.

CADfast is a 24 hour fast - most people here do supper to supper because its easy to not eat when your sleeping. say you eat supper at 6:00pm. you fast/abstain/don't consume anything other than water and/or coffee until the following 6:00pm. Semi-based on Eat-stop-eat. Named for CAD because he introduced it to the thread.

usually good for a 1 or 2 lb drop.

I thought that might be the case since I couldn't find anything online. Thanks for the reply.

Who did you bump heads with? I remember it was on the OB but don't recall who the beef was with.

Should have referred to him as Mr. CAD now that the "I do's" are done and signed.
